Warranty Policy

Eiger tempered glass is 9 times stronger than standard glass and provides an excellent level of protection for your smartphone’s screen against impact and scratches. However, it is not indestructible and Eiger GLASS will break if subjected to large amounts of force. The main goal is to protect your smartphone’s screen and even if your Eiger GLASS breaks, if your smartphone’s screen is intact then Eiger GLASS has achieved its goal.

Your original Eiger GLASS product is covered by a 10 year warranty effective from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please make sure you keep your purchase receipt in order to validate your warranty.

What is not covered by the limited warranty?

The warranty does not cover deliberate or accidental damage to your Eiger GLASS as a result of high impacts or wear and tear.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you wish to make a Warranty Claim within the Limited Warranty Period, please contact our customer services team at warranty@eigerglass.com for further help. You will need to provide proof of purchase and the affected item. Any defective items covered by the Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by the Eiger GLASS Limited Warranty.
